The Senior Director of Engineering – Autonomous Driving & Machine Learning leads the US End-to-End Autonomous Driving (E2E ADAS) domain at CARIAD, owning the definition, architecture, and delivery of a machine-learning-driven ADAS solution across data, model development, cloud, embedded deployment, and vehicle integration. The role combines long-term technical vision, people leadership, and hands-on engineering judgment while ensuring cross-company alignment and accountability for engineering outcomes and organizational health.
