Sr. Director, Business Rule Modernization

The Sr. Director, Business Rule Modernization leads the end-to-end health of business rules governing claims adjudication across all lines of business. This role directs a team to continuously evaluate, prioritize, and execute the modernization of high-impact rules while establishing a centralized registry and governance framework. The position requires close collaboration with Claims Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure rules remain accurate, auditable, and scalable within the Core Admin Platform transformation.
