Sr. Engineer, MarTech - Data Capture

The Sr. Engineer, MarTech - Data Capture role is responsible for owning the measurement and data capture layer across Redbubble and TeePublic, including server-side tagging, pixel infrastructure, and CDP event pipelines. This hands-on engineering position involves designing real-time data collection layers, building high-throughput event streaming pipelines, and connecting data infrastructure to downstream channels like ESPs, ad platforms, and CDPs. The role requires collaboration with marketing, product, and data engineering teams to ensure accurate, governed, and reliable event activation.
