About this role

CaptivateIQ is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the AI Platform team, owning the AI agent platform and shaping the strategic vision for AI adoption across the product. This role involves partnering with Product leadership and the executive team to define the AI roadmap, set technical direction, and translate vision into shipped capabilities that drive business metrics. The Senior Engineering Manager will serve as the senior technical voice for AI across the engineering organization, driving thought leadership on AI integration.
