The Lead for Task Planning on Shield AI’s Hivemind Pilot team is responsible for guiding development of autonomy task-planning capabilities that support complex multi-agent missions in adversarial environments. This role oversees the architecture of the Task Planning stack and ensures it is modular, correct, and extensible for diverse platforms and use cases. The position involves close collaboration with adjacent autonomy teams and product/program management to define and execute a technical roadmap. The lead also grows and mentors the team, aligning their work with company objectives and maintaining high morale.
