The Sr. Expats Services Specialist supports the successful relocation and international assignment of employees across borders by managing global mobility programs, immigration compliance, vendor relationships, and expatriate services. This role ensures a seamless employee experience while maintaining compliance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction across Mexico and LATAM. The position involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver compliant and efficient mobility services.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end expatriation, relocation, and immigration processes for international assignees
Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, Compensation, and external vendors to deliver compliant mobility services
Administer assignment-related payments, invoices, payroll instructions, and budget planning activities
