HRBP Specialist

The HRBP Specialist serves as a key regional HR partner supporting Nissan's growing presence across Latin America, ensuring HR compliance, employee support, vendor governance, and talent processes while enabling business expansion across multiple countries. This role acts as the primary HR point of contact for employees across LATAM, managing labor vendor relationships, supporting regional talent processes, and leading HR activities related to country transitions and new market set-ups. The position requires generating and analyzing regional HR metrics to support business decision-making and continuous process improvement.
