Sr. HR Generalist

The Senior HR Generalist serves as a trusted HR partner to faculty, staff, and leaders, independently managing employee relations caseloads including investigations, corrective actions, and grievances under collective bargaining agreements. The role supports performance management, onboarding, benefits, and leave inquiries while advising managers on policy compliance and complex employee issues. This position also involves coordinating performance review cycles, analyzing market data for compensation recommendations, and delivering training on HR policies and workplace conduct.
