As a Senior Injury Adjuster at USAA, you will manage moderately complex bodily injury claims involving attorneys, confirming coverage, determining liability, and negotiating settlements in compliance with state laws. The role requires a concierge level of service, proactive communication, and the ability to investigate loss details while documenting thought processes for claim resolution. You will collaborate with internal partners and vendors to facilitate timely resolutions and may support team members with less experience.
