Sr. Instructor, Healthcare Skills Training Program

The Skills & Job Readiness Trainer at JVS delivers contextualized healthcare and technical training to adults preparing for entry-level roles, particularly those facing barriers to employment. The role focuses on teaching in both JVS and employer/partner locations, supporting participants to meet certification and program outcomes. It serves diverse, unemployed and underemployed populations and integrates JVS core skills into all instruction. The position also supports program operations through outcome tracking and communication with employers, staff, and funders.
