The Vice President of Philanthropy is a senior leader in JVS’s Advancement Department and a strategic partner to the Chief Advancement Officer, responsible for leading the organization’s individual philanthropy efforts including major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, stewardship, donor engagement, and events. The role ensures continuity and alignment across philanthropic activities as JVS prepares for a potential comprehensive campaign and navigates a changing funding landscape. The VP independently manages people, systems, and strategy to sustain fundraising performance during periods of organizational complexity and change.
