Pratt & Whitney is seeking an M5 Manager to lead the Alloy Development group within Materials and Processes Engineering in East Hartford, CT. The role oversees a team of roughly 12–15 engineers and technicians working on nickel and ferrous alloy development for next-generation and sustainment aerospace engines. The position is focused on guiding technical direction, talent development, and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
