About this role

This role leads and mentors a team of Clinical Research Associates and serves as the site-level Clinical Operations lead for assigned clinical trial protocols at Karius. The position holds end-to-end responsibility for site strategy, selection, activation, performance, and close-out while ensuring adherence to GCP and regulatory requirements. It focuses on ensuring high-quality monitoring, data integrity, and inspection readiness across studies. The role also partners closely with cross-functional clinical study teams to achieve project milestones in the development of advanced infectious disease diagnostics.
