About this role

The Senior Manager, Quality & Food Safety leads strategic efforts to protect product quality, food safety, and the consumer experience across Nature’s Bakery’s manufacturing and co-manufacturing network. This role partners with internal functions and external manufacturers to establish governance, performance reporting, and NB-specific QFS systems. The position also serves as a technical advisor to Operations, R&D, Procurement, and Supply Chain to support commercialization and long-term network performance.
