About this role
Senior HR Manager supporting Cartier’s Fifth Avenue boutique (with occasional coverage of other NY metro boutiques), overseeing people strategy and HR leadership for a team of over 100 employees. The role is based onsite at the Fifth Avenue location (minimum 4 days per week) and focuses on driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives. The position partners closely with boutique leadership and corporate HR teams to implement programs that support employee engagement and career progression.
