Sr Manager - IA & SOX

The Senior Manager - IA & SOX leads the Enterprise Risk Assurance leadership team, overseeing financial, operational, and compliance audits across multiple legal entities and international operations. This role is responsible for managing the Internal Audit SOX engagement, driving the adoption of Agentic AI and automation in SOX testing, and ensuring conformance with IIA Global Internal Audit Standards. The position requires independent leadership in delivering key elements of the ERA strategy while providing assurance and advisory services to company management.
