Sr. Manager, Workforce Readiness

The Senior Manager, Workforce Readiness leads change management strategies and workforce innovation to support major technology and organizational transformations within McKesson Technology. This role partners with executives and portfolio stakeholders to drive adoption, alignment, and engagement across the McKesson Technology Acceleration Program (MTAP). The position focuses on building capabilities, managing change delivery, and ensuring consistent communication to close the gap between business transformation and organizational readiness.
