BridgeBio is seeking a Sr. Medical Director, Drug Safety to own the safety strategy and risk management approach for assigned products across their lifecycle. The role partners closely with internal cross-functional teams and external collaborators to support development and regulatory interactions. This is a U.S.-based remote position with occasional travel to the San Francisco office.
