The Senior New Product Introduction (NPI) System Engineer serves as the global manufacturing technical lead and system-level integrator for complex radiation oncology treatment-delivery products. This role translates product intent into scalable manufacturing solutions, driving design for excellence and ensuring supply chain readiness from prototype through production ramp. The position requires leading cross-functional industrialization efforts to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective cancer treatment technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead technical trade-off decisions across product performance, patient safety, quality, cost, schedule, and supply risk
Orchestrate industrialization execution across Manufacturing Engineering, sites, and suppliers to align processes and tooling
Establish objective readiness governance for prototype, pilot, validation, transfer, and production ramp
