Sr. Patient Case Advocate

The Sr. Patient Case Advocate serves as the primary liaison between patients, surgeons, and payors to facilitate access to minimally invasive SI Joint fusion surgery using the iFuse Implant System. This role involves navigating the reimbursement process, securing pre-authorizations, and managing appeals to ensure patients receive necessary treatment. The position requires close collaboration with sales teams and physician offices to coordinate case documentation and resolve coverage issues.
