About this role

The Professional Services Architect (PSA) at Netskope acts as an extension of the customer’s technical teams to drive rollout, design, deployment, testing, and initial support of the Netskope Cloud Security platform. PSAs are assigned to multiple customers for extended engagements, including large strategic and US Federal clients, to ensure full deployment according to best practices. The role works closely with technical project managers, engineers, and account teams to accelerate customers from pilot to production.
