About this role

The Sr. Reliability Engineer will drive reliability excellence across electrical and control systems in new and existing products, embedding reliability into design and development processes to ensure long-term system availability and reduce field failures. This role involves leading reliability analysis, performing DFMEA and MTBF calculations, and developing accelerated life testing plans for critical components. The position requires collaboration with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to integrate reliability requirements into new product introductions and analyze field failure data to drive corrective actions.
