Synctera is hiring a contract engineer for the Cards team to help build and evolve the company’s card issuing and processing subsystem within its Banking-as-a-Service platform. The role is highly autonomous and influential, suited for an engineer who will shape product outcomes and work closely with cross-functional teams in a regulated FinTech environment. This is a one-year contract with possible conversion to full-time based on performance and business need.
