A Software Engineer on Synctera's Platform team will own core infrastructure and platform initiatives, building backend services, developer tooling, and scalable solutions that support product teams. This high-autonomy role partners with product teams, serves as an escalation point for infrastructure questions, and helps define the platform and developer experience roadmap. The position emphasizes reliability, scalability, and improving internal developer workflows while working across engineering teams.
