About this role

The Senior Software Reliability Engineer for AI at MixMode will improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of production AI systems by strengthening distributed services across application, database, and Kubernetes layers. The role partners closely with ML researchers and engineers to productionize models and enhance system robustness, maintainability, and observability. The engineer will lead on-call rotations, drive incident response and postmortems, and establish best practices for testing, deployment, and capacity planning.
