The Financial Navigator at Ensemble guides patients through their financial journey during hospital stays and up to 30 days post-discharge, serving as an onsite point person to reduce confusion and improve patient experiences. Responsibilities include screening self-pay patients, completing financial assistance applications, triaging questions, and facilitating process improvements within the revenue cycle. This onsite role requires subject matter expertise in public benefits eligibility, Medicaid screening, and financial counseling to ensure patients are financially clear.
