About this role
Temporary/Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting Pacific Life’s Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. This 6–9 month role is based at the Newport Beach headquarters with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) and reports to the Director, Talent Attraction. The position focuses on enabling the TA team through administrative and operational support while contributing to broader recruiting initiatives.
