About this role

The Sr. Test Engineering Manager provides strategic, technical, and people leadership for manufacturing test operations supporting large-form assemblies and system-level products. This role leads the development, deployment, and sustainment of safe, robust, scalable, and cost-effective test strategies involving high-voltage electrical systems, low-voltage controls, and automated test solutions. The position owns test engineering execution across assigned programs, advances design for testability, develops engineering talent, and ensures compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
