SECU
The Senior Total Rewards Analyst supports SECU's total rewards programs by administering, analyzing, and improving compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness, and leave programs. This role serves as a subject matter expert for leaders, employees, and HR partners, ensuring programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee experience goals. The position leverages data and market intelligence to support organizational decision-making and enhance the value employees receive through their total rewards package.
