The Licensed Senior Training Specialist at Thrivent is an individual contributor in the Development & Operational Effectiveness department. The role supports the business by overseeing the design, development, and delivery of learning and performance support solutions and platforms, and conducts evaluations to ensure program effectiveness. This is the most senior non-supervisory training position and may provide functional guidance to less experienced training staff.
