Sr Trial Attorney

The Senior Trial Attorney will independently represent clients under commercial and personal lines insurance policies as lead counsel within the Nationwide Trial Division. This role involves handling a complex caseload of property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation matters across all courts and agencies in the assigned jurisdiction. The position requires strong trial advocacy skills, proactive case management, and the ability to mentor junior attorneys while maintaining high productivity standards.
