About this role

As a Senior Manager of Data & AI Support Engineering, you will lead a team of Technical Solutions Engineers to drive deep technical resolutions for complex customer issues across Spark, AI/ML, and Lakehouse platforms. The role focuses on building AI-enabled support workflows, utilizing agentic AI systems for troubleshooting, and ensuring strong AI governance. You will partner with Engineering and Product teams to operationalize AI-assisted diagnostics and oversee operational KPIs for enterprise-scale Data and AI workloads.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Technical Solutions Engineers for complex data issues
Build and scale AI-enabled support workflows and automation frameworks
De-escalate major incidents and act as a senior technical resource
Partner with Product teams to operationalize AI-assisted diagnostics
Mentor support engineers and drive their career development
