Lyra Technology Group seeks a Staff Accountant for California Computer Options to own the billing and collections cycle, drive procurement accuracy, and support the Controller in maintaining a current general ledger. This foundational role also includes operational duties such as managing office logistics, coordinating vendors, and handling facility and mail logistics within a Southern California technology service provider. The position serves as a high-impact pivot point for financial integrity and daily operational efficiency in a growth-oriented, PE-backed MSP environment.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end accounts receivable cycle from invoicing to cash application
Drive proactive collections outreach and maintain aging balance cadences
Perform daily bank reconciliation and resolve real-time outstanding items
Process accounts payable and coordinate billing discrepancies with clients
Manage office logistics and vendor relationships to support team operations

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2–4 years of accounting experience
