Staff AI Enablement Security Engineer

The Staff AI Enablement Security Engineer will secure Trustly's AI transformation by defining security standards and controls for AI systems, including Claude, MCP implementations, and agentic tooling. This role involves partnering with the AI Enablement team to embed security from the start of development, building monitoring tooling, and establishing risk management frameworks for LLM and agentic systems. The position requires a senior security engineer to drive security decisions across multiple teams while staying at the forefront of AI security research.
