About this role

The Staff Applied Scientist on Lyft’s Rider Applied AI team will lead high-impact AI/ML efforts to personalize and optimize the rider experience at scale. This role partners with product, design, and engineering to translate ambiguous business problems into production-ready algorithmic solutions, drive evaluation and measurement strategies, and mentor junior scientists while building reusable modeling infrastructure.
