About this role

The Staff Battery Management System (BMS) Engineer designs, implements, and tests BMS software and state estimation algorithms to ensure optimal performance and safety of lithium-sulfur battery packs. This role involves leading integration efforts, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the product lifecycle. The position requires strong programming skills and experience with BMS modeling and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop state of charge, state of health, and state of power algorithms for lithium sulfur batteries
Lead integration efforts of BMS hardware and software with battery packs
