About this role

This role is a senior AI/Data Science engineer position on Outreach's Data Science team, focused on building AI-powered features for the Outreach platform. The position involves owning machine learning products end-to-end, from research and prototyping through production deployment. The engineer will collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, application engineers, product managers, designers, and customers to translate customer engagement data into new products and features. The ultimate goal is to optimize customer engagement workflows and drive better outcomes for Outreach’s revenue teams and their customers.
