The Staff Data Scientist will own the data strategy for Pomelo Care’s Growth & Patient Experience team, focusing on growing patient enrollment and improving long-term engagement. The role combines top-of-funnel optimization with development of product features informed by patient behavior and retention insights. You will build analytics infrastructure, define business health metrics, and partner closely with Marketing, Product, Clinical, and Engineering teams to translate data into better patient experiences.
