Staff Engineer, AMS Verification

Renesas is seeking a Staff Engineer for AMS Verification to lead the verification of digital content within power, analog, and mixed-signal IC products. This senior individual-contributor role involves owning verification architecture, methodology, execution, and sign-off at block and full-chip levels. The successful candidate will build scalable verification environments, develop verification plans, and mentor engineers to ensure designs meet functional and product requirements before tape-out.
