Staff Engineer, High HBM-Architecture

This role involves defining and implementing end-to-end DFT architectures for next-generation HBM products, ensuring quality, yield, and performance across complex multi-die architectures. The position requires close collaboration with design, test, and manufacturing teams to enable silicon observability and leverage AI for design quality improvement. The successful candidate will develop DFT strategies for stacked-die and system-level test flows while supporting wafer probe through final test.
