Staff Engineer, Test Development

Celestica is seeking a Staff Engineer to provide senior technical and engineering leadership for the validation and characterization of complex, high-performance hardware platforms. The role involves defining validation strategies, establishing engineering methodologies, and guiding complex technical investigations across hardware validation, signal integrity, power integrity, and high-speed interface technologies. This position requires deep hands-on expertise in signal integrity, power delivery, and high-speed technologies, combined with the ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
