The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Galleri supports healthcare providers and key opinion leaders in understanding and appropriately implementing GRAIL’s multi-cancer early detection test. This is a field-based position covering the Great Lakes Region from Pennsylvania, requiring extensive travel and close collaboration with internal Medical and Commercial teams.
