Staff Privacy Management

The Staff Privacy Management role leads the strategy, platforms, and integrations that enable consumer privacy, compliance, and marketing consent across Hershey's commercial digital ecosystem. This senior individual contributor position works closely with the Chief Privacy Officer and commercial leaders to design and operate privacy technology solutions that support first‑party data, personalization, and AI initiatives while ensuring enterprise trust.
