About this role

The Staff Product Manager will own the strategy, execution, and architectural evolution of HighLevel's enterprise voice and contact center infrastructure, including HardPhones, SIP, IVR, and Call Center platforms. This senior role will define roadmaps, build scalable provider‑agnostic communications platforms, and lead cross‑functional initiatives to deliver reliable, globally scalable voice products. The position works closely with engineering, operations, support, and external providers to drive platform reliability, AI‑powered communications, and next‑generation voice experiences.
