Staff R&D Engineer

As a Staff R&D Engineer at Stryker's Peripheral Vascular Division, you will serve as a technical lead on the R&D Concept team, driving the identification and integration of novel sensing technologies into future vascular catheter platforms. This role focuses on improving procedural efficiency, physician decision-making, and patient outcomes through the development of advanced sensing modalities. You will partner with physicians, engineering teams, and technology suppliers to define requirements and accelerate the development of breakthrough vascular products.
