About this role

The Staff Security Analyst will be a critical member of the GRC team within the Information Security organization, responsible for advising, building, and operating security and compliance programs at scale. This role focuses on acquiring and maintaining crucial compliance certifications across commercial sectors while assisting with federal initiatives. The position requires designing solutions that enable security goals and collaborating with business and engineering teams to ensure top-tier security while preserving velocity.

Responsibilities

Design and implement commercial compliance controls for SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA
Develop automation solutions to scale compliance tasks and integrate continuous compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines
Support Federal compliance initiatives and frameworks such as FedRAMP, CMMC, and DoD IL
