The Staff Service Designer at Airbnb shapes end-to-end systems that support stays, scalable hospitality, and business sustainability by aligning product, operations, and human interactions. This is an individual contributor role reporting to a Manager or Director of Design and is UK-remote eligible with occasional onsite or offsite attendance as agreed with the manager.
