About this role

As an AI Engineering Lead, you will audit and modernize internal developer systems to make them API-ready for AI coding agents. You will build the harnesses, context systems, and feedback loops necessary for agents to operate end-to-end within Sentry's software development lifecycle, expanding to automate routine engineering tasks and improve PR quality. Responsibilities

Build harness tooling and context systems for automated pull request workflows
Automate high-volume engineering tasks like security upgrades and minor bug fixes
Design internal tools for productivity dashboards and AI-assisted issue triage
Identify organizational friction and present data-driven solutions to senior leadership
