The Staff Technical Enablement Consultant serves as a technical bridge between product architecture, instructional design, and field readiness, partnering with cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-autonomy. This role involves building high-fidelity lab environments, creating scalable enablement assets, and delivering targeted technical coaching to support field teams. The position focuses on translating field pain points into actionable learning outcomes and ensuring technical accuracy in all content.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-fidelity lab sandbox topologies to replicate complex customer deployments
Create and maintain canonical enablement assets including student guides and troubleshooting runbooks
Deliver targeted enablement interventions such as topic bootcamps and architecture whiteboard deep dives
