The Staff Technical Product Manager for Cloud Infrastructure leads the vision, strategy, and roadmap for JumpCloud’s multi-cloud, multi-region core infrastructure platform. The role focuses on ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability while partnering closely with Engineering and Infrastructure teams. This position also drives foundational platform capabilities and processes and supports complex customer cloud migrations. It is a highly visible role that interacts with executive leadership and enterprise customers in a global, remote-first environment.
